3. Appointments and Cancellation Policy

  • Booking Portals: Appointments can be booked via our website, approved third-party aggregators (e.g., Healthengine), or via telephone.
  • 24-Hour Notice: We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or modifications to scheduled appointments.
  • Failure to Attend (FTA) Fees: If you fail to attend an appointment or cancel within 24 hours, The Smile Clinique reserves the right to charge a flat failure-to-attend fee of up to $175, or require a non-refundable booking deposit starting at $100 to secure future services.

4. Fees and Payments

  • Same-Day Payment: Full payment for all clinical and cosmetic services is strictly required on the day of your appointment.
  • Quotes & Estimates: Detailed treatment plans and financial estimates will be provided before major clinical or cosmetic procedures begin. Final totals may vary based on clinical findings during the procedure.
  • Third-Party Payment Plans: If using external financing platforms (such as Afterpay, Zip, or Humm), you acknowledge that your agreement is directly with that financial provider. You remain fully liable to The Smile Clinique for the total treatment cost if the third party fails to clear the funds.

5. Cosmetic & Clinical Outcomes

  • Individual Variation: Results for procedures (including Invisalign, porcelain veneers, and teeth whitening) vary widely from patient to patient due to distinct biological factors.
  • No Guarantees: Case studies, patient transformations, and before-and-after imagery displayed on this website represent individual journeys and do not guarantee identical outcomes.
