Refund Policy

1. Medical and Clinical Service Standards

  • Biological Outcomes: Clinical procedures (including root canal therapy, fillings, and gum treatments) cannot be guaranteed an absolute success rate due to distinct human biology. Refunds are not issued simply because a biological treatment fails or requires a secondary intervention.
  • Informed Consent: Patients review and sign detailed clinical risks and financial estimates prior to major treatments. Proceeding with care confirms acceptance of these risks.

2. Lab-Manufactured Items (Crowns, Veneers, and Aligners)

  • Custom Craftsmanship: Porcelain veneers, crowns, bridges, and Invisalign aligners are manufactured specifically for your unique dental anatomy. These items cannot be reused or resold.
  • Final Bonding Rule: Once a custom crown or veneer is tested for fit, approved by you, and permanently cemented in place, a refund is no longer available.
  • Design Revisions: If you are unhappy with the appearance, shape, or shade of a custom restoration, you must inform us prior to permanent bonding so the laboratory can make adjustments.

3. Change of Mind Scenarios

  • Pre-paid Bookings: If you pre-pay for a treatment package (such as a take-home teeth whitening kit) and change your mind prior to opening or using any products, a full refund may be issued, minus any administrative or credit card processing fees.
  • In-Progress Treatment: If you elect to pause or stop a multi-stage treatment plan (such as Invisalign) halfway through, you will remain financially responsible for all lab manufacturing costs and clinical time utilized up to that exact date.

4. Diagnostic and Assessment Fees

  • Consultation Costs: Comprehensive check-up costs, emergency examinations, consultation appointments, and diagnostic X-rays pay directly for the clinical expertise, time, and operating costs of the provider. These service fees are strictly non-refundable.
